In 2019, having worked in the industry for over 21 years, Joanne established Wright Letting and Management with the aim of offering landlords, and tenants the knowledge and expertise of a corporate organisation while maintaining a flexible, independent and personal approach.
Julie is the primary point of contact for landlords and in charge of property valuations. Marketing newly instructed properties and those returning to the market. Julie works alongside Lily and Ian, reaching out to prospective tenants through our extensive database.
Lucy is head of Property management overseeing and assisting Molly and Amy. Lucy is also responsible for helping tenants with the moving out process at the end of a tenancy and then ensuring the property is returned to a landlord and placed back on the market in a re-lettable condition.
Lily recently joined our team on an apprenticeship scheme having visited us for work experience from college. Lily is the first point of contact for all viewing enquiries, and carrying out referencing. We are very proud of lily’s achievements to date and we can’t wait to walk her through her journey.
Ian carries out all of our viewings and with over 50 years in the customer service and sales industry he is ideally placed to help with all enquiries and help to partner the ‘Wright’ tenant in the ‘wright’ place.
Amy joined us with a wealth of management experience and has a proactive and personable approach. She has excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail ensuring all properties are inspected and maintained to the highest of standard.
Molly is recognised for her keen eye for detail and strong commitment to client satisfaction. Her excellent ability to explain self fixes for repairs saves time for tenants and money for Landlords.
As part of updating our systems we have employed Felicity. Felicity manages all of the incoming email enquiries with efficiency and precision 24/7, collecting all of the information our team need to handle your enquiry as quickly as possible. Felicity will also take all information outside of opening hours from anyone looking to register an interest in a particular property or just be added to our database.
Benny is the youngest and loudest member of our team. Benny has taken it upon himself to be head of Stationary and Catering!
Having progressed through his probationary period Milo is now chief peace keeper and booster of morale.
