Once you have viewed a property and wish to proceed, we would request a payment of one weeks rent as a holding deposit. This money is to show your commitment to taking on a tenancy. When you start your tenancy this money will be deducted from your first months rent.
If for any reason you do not proceed with the tenancy these monies will not be returned. It is important to understand the referencing requirements before you commit and pay these monies. The requirements can be seen on the following page.
All references are completed online and you will need an email address. In addition to your references we are required to carry out a right to rent check. This information will also be collected online.
